Upon receipt of payment we will send you the receipt of the amounts delivered together with the confirmation of your reservation. Upon receipt of the total payment of the stay, we will send the voucher and the arrival sheet to the apartments by e-mail.[\/vc_column_text]

Entry will be between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Although normally before 2:00 p.m. the apartments are ready. The client must inform 3 days before entering the apartment, of the expected time of arrival.<\/p>\n

The departure time will be between 9:00 and 10:00. If the apartment is abandoned after 10:00 a.m., a supplement corresponding to 50% of the cost of one night in the corresponding season will be applied. The apartment must be left free of belongings, food, rubbish and in the same conditions in which it was found at the entrance.<\/p>\n

We put at your disposal an insurance that covers the expenses incurred in the cancellation of reservations for justified reasons. If you are interested, please contact us.<\/p>\n

In case of cancellations. Bora Gisi S.L. will retain:<\/p>\n

\u2013 If the cancellation occurs with more than 30 days to the date of entry, 10% of the total amount of the reservation.<\/p>\n

\u2013 If the cancellation occurs between 21 and 29 days before the date of entry, 50% of the total amount of the reservation.<\/p>\n

\u2013 If the cancellation occurs between 16 and 20 days before the date of entry, 75% of the total amount of the reservation.<\/p>\n

\u2013 If the cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the date of entry, 100% of the total amount of the reservation.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the event that for unforeseen reasons and not attributable to the company, the accommodation does not
\ncould be occupied, the company would make available to the client another accommodation of equal
